Great service The maintenance team is exceptional. Every time I had an interaction with them they are very professional. They go over and beyond with communication and just a pleasure to work with. Cracked wall from building settling Cracked wall was recently repair by maintenance. He plays putty and let it dry for a day and followed up with paint the next day. CON: It’s not seamless and smooth. Paint color doesn’t match and the paint brush he used does not match textured strokes of original paint
Brush. It will suffice…But it’s not the best craftsmanship of work. Pros were he was very professional, very timely and completed the task.
